Whilst I won't pretend to grok string theory, the idea of actually being a one-dimensional extended object, or even a collection of one-dimensional extended objects feels a bit strange.
Being composed of totally-antisymmetric composite quantum states however does appeal to me at some level.
Photographs on this blog are generally taken by myself, when they are not I'll place a credit to the appropriate photographer.

Hey all I was suggesting was that their OS was so good that you felt the need to conform (be assimilated) into their entire world view. Including colour schemes.
How is life with Ubuntu in practice anyway?
