One of the great paradoxes of blogging is that often you end up busy doing things that you could blog about, but you're too busy to blog about. - Sam Burnett
Too true.

Sam posted that a week ago and I've only just seen it because when you are to busy to blog, you are often too busy to read blogs. I've only got time to post this today because I'm forcing myself to stop for half and hour and have lunch, a late lunch, but lunch nonetheless.

Sainsbury's Tuna & cucumber if you wanted to know, and it is quite nice, if a bit cold.

I had lunch a half three yesterday too. Rock'n'roll, eh?

What have you been doing that is so blog-worthy? How can you build us up so much with your "I'm too busy doing exciting things to blog about them", and then write about your lunch?

Talk about anti-climax.

Hmm...

Andy you are quite right. The question is how does one decide upon what is blog-worthy?

I have never had a specific criteria for this blog and perhaps I should.

I guess I have always just blogged about whatever was on my mind when I sat down to make an entry rather than deciding what I'd like to add and then entering it.

Quite often I read about issues on the train on the way to work and want to say something about it but then I get to work and it sits at the back of my mind for a few days and is no longer topical. Should that matter? Maybe I should write about it anyway.

At other times I soetimes see something and think that I'd like to share it, but by the time I'm in a position to do so the moment has passed.

Plenty for me to think about.

Talking about lunch.
I am a TESCO's person myself esp since they have added such stylish cloths
What I would love is a supply of Cadbury Mint Lights here in Jamaica.
I tried Aero bubble Mint its 100 cal and cannot touch Cad Light Mint full of flavour and only 40 cal.
