I appear to have become a weekend blogger recently. Although there are lots of things daily about which I have opinions and thoughts, I just don't seem to have the energy to write about them by the time I get home. I'm sure it will be business as usual once the whole pre-Christmas madness subsides.

...and madness it surely is.

I have a feeling you've fallen foul of the blogging limit. The equation goes something like this:

P = ( w + 1 ) * ( i * A / 1 )

Where P is the probability of posting, w is the number of days from/until the weekend, i is the percentage of the time since the last post taken up by interesting events (always greater than 0 - even if nothing happened, that would be interesting) and A is your current percentage level of apathy (I refuse to believe someone can be 0% apathetic).

Of course, I'm rubbish at Maths, so ignore all that. Anyway, I thought you wrote all your posts in one go and upload them at random intervals to create an illusion of spontaneity.

It's getting worse. Maybe it's not a weekend thing but more of a Christmas thing.

I don't think it's an apathy thing, but who knows? Anyway thanks for the comments.

I write my most insightful and witty posts all at once and post them at random.

They take time and planning, see.

I do occasionally write a few posts over a period of a few days and then publish them. It gives me time to review what I have written and to think about what I am trying to say.

Other times I just brain dump and post.
